Working my way into shape

Well I have been trying to lose weight with diet for about a year-and-a-half and I have managed to lose about 30 pounds, but have plateaued out. I needed to do something to keep it going.
To help out, I joined Fitness 19 and got a trainer to get me started. It has been fun and I am getting into it.

My trainer is also helping me with my nutrition and I am going to work on better tracking how many calories I burn.

To keep track of my progress, I have set-up a new blog just for that. You can find it at Take a look. I can always use a little encouragement.
